Terms
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These are the terms that we trade under. If you are uncertain about our trading terms and the way we
do business, please contact us. We always like to help.
Prices
All prices shown in this website (with the exception of Tractors and a few other large
pieces of equipment) include VAT and Delivery within the UK mainland. The excepted items include delivery within the Yorkshire
area.
Payment
Once you have selected your goods, proceed to the Checkout. Here you pay for your equipment by
Credit Card. We take most popular Credit cards. We will not process the payment until the goods are ready for despatch. Goods
cannot be despatched until funds are cleared. Once we accept your payment, a legally binding contract comes into force.
Delivery
We aim to despatch all goods, excepting Tractors, within three days of cleared funds. Tractors
will be despatched within seven days of cleared funds. Some products will be delivered by our own transport, sometimes
we use external couriers. We cannot be held responsible for any delays or damage caused by external couriers. However we choose
our couriers for their quality and experience.
Warranties
Any equipment is supplied with the manufacturers warranty. If used commercially this warranty
can change. Ask for details. If any problems occur, please contact us. We shall decide how to proceed from there. Manufacturing
faults will be rectified by a manufacturers agent. It must be noted that a manufacturers agent may refuse to undertake work
free of charge in the warranty period if the agent believes the fault is not a manufacturing fault. In this case the the customers
recourse will be with the manufacturer and not Mower-Deals.
Faulty or Incorrect products
If the products delivered are not what you ordered, then we will replace them at our cost.
If there are faults with the product we will repair or get them repaired as detailed above.
If you are not satisfied with the product within 7 days of delivery, we will refund the
product value. You must return the products, un-used and in their original packaging, at your cost.
Complaints
Mower-deals and GARDENCARE of York, are committed to providing a high level of customer serivce
and backup. If you are dissatisfied in any way with the service we provide we want to hear about it. You can contact us by
phone, E-mail, or in writing, and we shall try to give you a considered reply in two days.
